Our medico-legal service provides independent expert witness psychological assessments and reports that can help to clarify contentious issues for the courts thereby speeding up legal processes.
The medico-legal service is led by experienced Clinical and Forensic Psychologists who conduct comprehensive psychological assessments involving clinical interviews and psychometric testing and triangulate this information with other relevant documentation, such as healthcare records, to answer each instruction received and provide evidence-based recommendations in line with best practice guidance.

Expert witness reports, depending on complexity of the case, are delivered with a timescale of 6-8 weeks from instruction and can often be delivered faster if necessary - please contact us directly if you require rapid turnaround of an expert witness report.
